Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) introduces eight new 2 A and 3 A AEC-Q101-qualfied FRED Pt Ultrafast recovery rectifiers in the compact, low-profile SlimSMA (DO-221AC) eSMP® series package.
