The SP1013, SP1014, SP1020 and SP1021 Series TVS Diode Arrays offer the industry’s smallest ESD protection footprint.
The 0201 footprint but offering a 30 percent reduction in the board space required, allowing more clearance between components, and when compared with similar market solutions, the they offer 77.6 percent lower capacitance in a more compact form factor (01005 flip chip).
They feature back-to-back zener diodes to protect electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. Applications for the SP1013, SP1014, SP1020 and SP1021 Series include mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, wearable technology, portable medical devices, digital cameras, portable navigation devices, MP3/PMPs, and point of sale terminals.

- Low capacitance of 30pF (SP1013), 20pF (SP1020) and 6pF (SP1014 and SP1021)
- Permits back-to-back 5V standoff (SP1013 and SP1014), 6V standoff (SP1020 and SP1021)
