ST’s first high-voltage single-line ESD protection device, ESDALC20-1BF4, is designed to protect the data line or other I/O ports against ESD transients. It allies an extremely low leakage current (<1 nA), high ESD contact capability (±20 kV contact IEC 61000-4-2) and high-performing ESD protection with low VCL (VCL < 40 V @ 16 A TLP).
