The VNH5050A-E is a fully-integrated H-bridge driver offering a dedicated power stage featuring an RDS(on) as low as 50 mOhm and all the necessary controls for driving DC motors. AEC-Q100-qualified, the VNH5050A-E is particularly well-suited for automotive applications requiring PWM control. Designed using ST’s proprietary VIPower™ M0-5 technology with its extensive protection and diagnostic features, the VNH5050-E helps enhancing system level reliability to the highest level.
