Vishay Intertechnology today releases two new bidirectional symmetrical (BiSy) single-line ESD protection diodes for portable electronics with a low working range of 3.3 V in the ultra-compact CLP0603 silicon package.
- Protect high-speed data lines and antennas against transient voltage signals
- Optimized for low-voltage, power-saving applications
- Short leads and small size of the CLP0603 package result in very low line inductance
- Allows fast transients such as an ESD strike to be clamped with minimal over- or undershoots
