Vishay – New ACAS 0606 ATAU Series of Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays for Conductive Gluing
- Enables significantly more accurate performance than two high-precision discrete resistors
- Small 1.5 mm by 1.6 mm package enables the design of high-density circuits
- Extremely robust against harsh environmental conditions
- Ideal for precision applications that require extraordinarily stable fixed resistor ratios
The Perspective:
- Offering two integrated resistors on one substrate, Vishay’s new ACAS 0606 ATAU resistor arrays provide
- significantly more accurate performance than two high-precision discrete resistors, and their small 1.5 mm by 1.6
- mm package enables the design of high-density circuits. With high-temperature operation to 155 °C, relative
- tolerance down to ± 0.05 %, and relative TCR down to ± 5 ppm/K, the resistor arrays allow conductive gluing in
- precision applications that require extraordinarily stable fixed resistor ratios. In addition to excellent hightemperature
- performance, the ACAS 0606 ATAU series is extremely robust against harsh environmental
- conditions and provides superior moisture resistivity of lΔR/Rl < 0.5 % at 85 °C and 85 % relative humidity for 1,000 hours.
Product Benefits:
- Offered in compact 0606 case size
- Gold terminations for conductive gluing
- High-temperature operation to 155 °C
- Relative tolerance down to ± 0.05 %
- Relative TCR down to ± 5 ppm/K
- Two equal or different resistance values from 100 Ω to 150 kΩ
- Maximum resistance ratio of 1:20
- Superior moisture resistivity of lΔR/Rl < 0.5 % at 85 °C and 85 % relative humidity for 1,000 hours
