The LDP01Y series protects car or truck electronic boards from surges defined in the ISO 7637-2 pulse 5a/5b and ISO 16750-2 test A/B standards. With stand-off voltages rated from 22 to 70 V, it is ideal to protect any type of sensitive circuit. As many variations are described in ISO 7637-2 pulse 5a/5b and ISO 16750-2 – due to surge duration, serial resistance in the circuit and surge voltage range – the datasheet provides four curves to accurately define the surge characteristics and select the appropriate LDP01Y device. The LDP01Y series is supplied in a D2PAK package.
