ST’s advanced automotive EEPROM series provide total flexibility to define the required memory size at a late stage in the project due to the seamless range from 1 Kbit to 1 Mbit densities in SO8N, TSSOP and WFDFPN8 packages. The robust technology guarantees reliability with 4 million E/W cycles and operating temperatures of up to 145 °C.
