ST – 650V Automotive-grade MDmesh™ M2
A very low gate charge (Qg) combined with an excellent output capacitance (Coss) profile make ST’s MDmesh M2 series of super-junction MOSFETs ideal for use in resonant-type supplies (LLC converters).
The STB30N65M2AG is an N-channel Power MOSFET developed using MDmesh M2 technology. Thanks to its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, the device exhibits low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics, rendering it suitable for the most demanding high efficiency converters. This 650V Automotive-grade MDmesh™ M2 STPOWER MOSFET is also ideal for Battery Management systems.
