Infineon – IFX54211 – Low dropout linear voltage regulator
The IFX54211 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator with enable functionality. This LDO is especially suited for providing up to 150mA of output current at 3,3V output voltage using the tiny package of SCT595 to match PCB space limitations. Due to its excellent ripple rejection behavior (PSRR) it may be used as post regulator behind e.g. a DCDC switching regulator for supplying e.g microcontrollers.
