Diodes – AP65x01 – High-Efficiency SOT26 1.5A/2A Synchronous DC-DC Buck Converters
The AP65101/AP65201 are current-mode synchronous buck converters that provide high efficiency, excellent transient response and high DC-output accuracy.
They are ideally suited for low-voltage regulation and POL conversion in a wide range of consumer applications such as digital TVs and monitors, and industrial 12V and 5V systems.
The AP65101/201 work at fixed 500kHz to achieve good output stability using small inductor values and size.
They feature extensive built-in protection features such as UVLO, OTP and OCP to increase the robustness of the circuit.
The AP65101/201 are both available in the small footprint TSOT26 package.
