Automotive Memory Portfolio from Nanya Technology Corporation

Nanya is offering Automotive DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4 with long-term availability; extensive reliability and AEC Q-100 compliant. These automotive SDRAMs meet the stringent AIAG Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements and cover all automotive quality needs.
Automotive Grade -40 to +105 °C (Grade 2) and -40 to +95°C (Grade 3) are available on 512Mbit and 1Gbit DDR2 devices as well as 1Gbit to 4Gbit DDR3. 4Gbit DDR4 in Automotive Grade will be in mass production beginning 2017, customer samples are available already in 4th quarter 2016.
LPDDR2 Automotive Grade 2 and LPDDR3 Automotive Grade 2 and 3 starting in mass production in 1st quarter 2017.
