2,7 inch OLED from RAYSTAR
RAYSTAR OLED Display REH012864Q is made of 128×64 pixels, diagonal size 2.7 inch.
This graphic display is built-in SSD1309ZC controller IC and it communicates via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel, I2C and 4-wire serial interface. REH012864Q is having the module dimension of 89.7 x 47.2 mm and AA size of 61.41 x 30.69 mm.
It has the same OLED panel as existing REX012864K with a bezel (frame) on module, it’s FPC pin assignment has been defined as the same as RET012864L (30 pins). REH012864Q model is a COG OLED; it can be regards as an alternative of TAB type RET012864L(EOL in 2016). The standard emitting colors for this item are available in yellow, white and sky blue.
REH012864Q is a COG structure OLED display; this OLED module is lightweight, low power and very thin, it is suitable for wall / meter devices, home applications, POS system, Cloud/IoT system, intelligent technology devices, energy systems, communication systems, medical instrument, etc. REH012864Q OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +80℃.
