STMicroelectronics – BlueNRG USB Dongle

Try out ST’s Bluetooth low-energy hosted by a convenient USB dongle

The STEVAL-IDB003V1 is an evaluation board based on BlueNRG, a Bluetooth® 4.0 compliant wireless network processor able to support both master and slave functions. The STEVAL-IDB003V1 main controller is an ultra-low-power STM32L MCU able to interface with BlueNRG but also available for custom application development through a JTAG connector that can be soldered on the on-board footprint. The STEVAL-IDB003V1 has a USB connector for PC GUI interaction and firmware updates. Its maximum transmission power reaches +8 dBm. Specific dedicated apps are available on both iTunes and Google Play online stores.
