PAN1762 – Panasonics Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy Module
The PAN1762 is a Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy Module based on Toshibas Bluetooth Chip TC35680. It provides an industry leading link budget of +113dBm. The module features either a data rate of 2 Mbps at a high speed of 2M PHY or a longer range at LE coded PHY of 500 kb/s or 125 kb/s. Additionally the PAN1762 supports LE advertising extensions and it can operate in stand-alone mode as well as in hosted mode.
The PAN1762 shares the same footprint and form factor with the PAN1760, PAN1761, PAN1760A and PAN1026. Additionally the migration from PAN1760A to the new PAN1762 requires only minor code changes.
CE, FCC and IC approval are in preparation.
