The SMARTCASE™ S730 is designed for the D3713-V/R & D3723-R mITX motherboard family, as well as the new K3931-N mITX motherboard family based on Intel Alder Lake N processors.
Kontron SMARTCASE™ S730
The S730 is the newest member of Kontron’s SMARTCASE™ kit solution portfolio. It is the successor of the successful S711. The SMARTCASE™ can be combined with the mini-ITX motherboards D3713-V/R and D3723-R (based on AMD Ryzen™ Embedded V/R1000 and R2000 processors). Furthermore, due to an updated I/O design, the new S730 can also be equipped with the latest high-performance motherboard K3931-N mITX (based on Intel® Core™ i3 processors and Intel® Alder Lake N processors).

Building tiny box PCs with SMARTCASE™ S730
The SMARTCASE™ S730 is a great choice for building tiny box PCs based on Kontron’s K3931-N, D3713-V/R and D3723-R mITX motherboards. It is optimally matched and climate-tested as well as CE-certified at system level and provides ample space on the front for your logos. The S730 is particularly well-suited for graphics-intensive applications with its abundance of DisplayPort interfaces and integrated AMD Vega graphics or Intel® UHD Gen12 graphics. It is also ideal for industrial applications due to features like a 7-year availability (minimum), a wide input DC range from 8V to 34V and an ambient operating temperature range of -10° C to +45° C. Kontron additionally provides a comprehensive set of accessories for the S730. It can be optionally equipped with active and passive coolers, cables, an internal 65W PSU, expansion cards, and adapters. Based on this flexibility customers are enabled to assemble Box PCs tailored to their individual requirements and market it as own system solution.
