KEMET R58 X1 Metallized Polypropylene Film EMI Suppression Capacitors THB Grade IIIB
The KEMET Film group is pleased to announce the R58 Capacitors, First to Market X1 MKP technology that offers an excellent harsh environment capability in both rated AC and DC voltages. This is a unique and ideal solution for cross-the-line applications where X1 capacitors work at high voltages and currents in a harsh environment.
Typical applications are the EMI filter stage (across the main) where X1 safety classification is needed. For example, energy storage, inverters, and general industrial where high THB performance (Grade-IIIB) and high current are required. R58 can also be used in automotive applications such as the HVDC EMI filters where >800VDC is required.
