Infineon launches two new voltage regulator families: the robust & efficient high Performance voltage regulators. The robust Family has an excellent transient robustness; very good load step Response and can deal with cranking easily.
The efficient family has a best in class quiescent current (> 5 μA), an extended operating voltage range from 2.7V to 40V and a 3.3mm*3.3mm leadless package with the capability for optical inspection.
