The new Post Regulator Family from Infineon is perfectly suitable to extend modern power supply topology and offers in combination with DC-DC converters very balanced efficiency and cost performance. It is optimized for low noise, fast regulation and designed for harsh automotive environment. The device is capable of supplying an output current of up to 1.5A with very low dropout voltage. Input
range of max. 20V offers higher reliability compared to low cost CMOS products.
Broad package offering makes this family suitable for any kind of applications: high power but also space restricted. Especially for space limited applications we offer a brand new TSON10 package. It is 3.3×3.3mm leadless package with improved construction to enable Automatic Optical Inspection.
