Diodes – 60V MOSFET Boosts Power Density
Diodes Incorporated has expanded it’s 60V MOSFET family with a series of low RDS(on) N and P-channels. With the size identical to SOT-563, the 60V N-channel DMN6070SFCL is an ideal choice for both load switch and DC-DC conversion applications for size critical applications.
Being only 1.6mm x 1.6mm, and able to operate >2A, then this is the world’s smallest 60V Power MOSFET; enabling designers to achieve higher power densities. The TO-252 N and P-channel MOSFETs DMN6040SK3 and DMP6185SK3 are targeted at industrial and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls applications.
