Automotive single-line bidirectional ESD protection for high speed interface
The ESDAXLC6-1BT2Y is a single-line ESD protection device designed for automotive equipment. It is suited for all types of applications including antennas and high-speed datalines as it combines an ultra-low capacitance with a 12 GHz bandwidth. Its ESD capability exceeds both ISO 10605 and IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standards, with respectively 12 and 16 kV contact discharge while the air discharge capability exceeds 30 kV. Housed in a thin SOD-882T package, it is ideal for use on high-density boards.
