Vishay Introduces New VCAN24A2-HT5 ESD Protection Diode in the DFN1110-3A Package
Vishay Automotive Grade VCAN24A2-HT5 ESD protection diode in the DFN1110-3A package is a
bidirectional device that clamps positive and negative overvoltage transients to the ground. Connected
between the signal or data line and the ground, the ESD diode offers high isolation with low leakage
current and capacitance within the specified working range. The VCAN24A2-HT5 is also available in an
AEC-Q101 qualified version.
