Toshiba-TLX9304 High-speed 1Mbps IC-Photocoupler for Automotive Applications
Toshiba has launched a high-speed IC-photocoupler for data rates up to 1 Mbps. The new TLX9304 consists of a GaAℓAs infrared light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photodetector. An internal Faraday shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of min.15 kV/μs. The TLX9304 is housed in a 5-pin SO6 package that guarantees a creepage and clearance distance of 5mm (min) and an isolation voltage of min. 3750Vrms. The new Photocoupler is suitable for isolation interface between Intelligent Power Module (IPM) in motor control application.
