Rutronik to come with an new 512-Kbyte STM32F3 mixed-signal MCUs raising the bar in system integration
Now with up to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory, the STM32F3 series, based on the Cortex®-M4 core and running at up to 72 MHz with 90 DMIPS, can support even more sophisticated applications. New main features include a Flexible Memory Controller (FMC) with 36 MHz access on an 8/16-bit bus for various off-chip storage modules. There are also up to three 144 MHz 16-bit motor-control timers for home appliances, power tools and industrial equipment. This new product line can be evaluated on two different hardware boards: NUCLEO-F303RE and STM32303E-EVAL. LQFP, BGA or WLCSP package options are offered, covering from 32 to 144 Pins. Rutronik will have those parts in it`s Portfolio.
