ROHM – ML5235 Li-ion Battery Management IC
Product Overview
The ML5235 is Li-ion battery protection IC, compatible with 5 to 13 cells.
The ML5235 detect over-charge, over-discharge, and over-current of each battery cell and automatically control
external charge/discharge NMOS-FET to turn on/turn off.
The ML5235 have cell voltage monitoring pin. These pins are used for battery voltage monitoring with external MCU.
