ROHM produces the largest volume of laser diodes in the industry. Stable production and quality are ensured through a 100% in-house manufacturing and the use of common assembly lines. A wide lineup is available, from single to multi beam. Main new products are higher power 635nm visible LDs for leveling and high power IR LDs for motion sensing and ranging. It might be possible to customize for each specification request, lasing wavelength, polarity and output power, beam pitch and etc.
