Raystar IPS 240×240 Round TFT LCD Display 1.28″ (GC9A01) with PCAP
Raystar just released information about its new TFT LCD display module. The RFA401280B-AYW-DNF1 is a 1.28-inch, IPS 240×240 Round TFT LCD Display with projected capacitive touchscreen. The module dimension is 50.2 x 50.2 mm; active area 32.4 x 32.4 mm. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 1.28-inch 240×240 Round TFT display has built-in IC GC9A01 supporting SPI interface. The module comes with PCAP touch panel with IC GC9A01 supporting 1-point touch.
The brightness is 320 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 1,000:1 and viewing angle 80/80/80/80. LCM voltage ranges from 2.65V-3.3V, typical value is 2.8V. The module works within wide temperature range from -20 to +70℃, Storage Temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
