PAT Series Thin Film Resistors
Vishay Dale Thin Film has expanded its Precision
Automotive Tantalum (PAT) series of thin film
resistors to include a Sn / Pb wraparound termination.
The addition of the Sn / Pb termination provides
customers with the ability to solder more quickly and
at lower temperatures than Pb-free solder
terminations, without comprising device performance.

• AEC-Q200 qualified
• Moisture-resistant tantalum nitride construction
• Sulfur-resistant (per ASTM B809-95 humid vapor test)
• Laser-trimmed tight tolerances (down to 0.1 %)
• Long load life stability (< 0.05 % at 1000 hours)
• 2 kV (HBM) ESD rating
• 100 % visual inspection per MIL-PRF-55342
