Panasonic Industry Europe introduces TDC series of POSCAP Conductive Polymer-Tantalum-Solid-Capacitors with high temperature endurance specifications

Panasonic Industry Europe has added a new long-life surface mount type series to its product line of POSCAP Conductive Polymer-Tantalum-Solid capacitors. Available with a rated voltage of 16 VDC to 25 VDC, the TDC series benefits from huge capacitance values (15μF up to 150μF) and low ESR characteristics (15-24mΩ max.).
The components are able to withstand +125°C for up to 1.000 hours. The high reliability in demanding conditions and the compact casing of only 3,5 x 2,8mm to7,3 x 4,3mm renders the TDC series ideal for use in size constrained applicationssuch as servers, base stations or industrial applications. As all POSCAP range capacitors, the TDC series devices feature excellent noise reduction capability and frequency characteristics, a long life span and their ESR values have little change even at low temperatures since the electrolyte is solid.The components are RoHS compliant and halogen free.
