The iVativ Neva is an ultra-low power standalone module based on the nRF52833 from Nordic Semiconductor supporting concurrent Bluetooth 5.4, 802.15.4 Thread and ZigBee and also offers an integrated NFC-A tag. The integrated high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 with 512kB flash and 128kB RAM reduces the system cost and gives design flexibility.

For many Internet of Things (IoT) applications it is critical to have high performance, long range and reliable wireless operation at ultra-low power. The Neva Module from iVativ is exactly designed for this. Thanks to the integrated wireless stacks, network stacks and application APIs as well as all the advanced security features supported by ARM Trust Zone Cryptocell-310, this module reduces time-to-market and development costs. The Neva is intended for applications in various IoT industries such as home automation, wearables, industrial IoT and smart medical through a highly efficient development environment. The module is available in an industrial temperature grade.
