Infineon – TLS710B0EJ V50 / TLS715B0EJ V50 Automotive linear voltage regulators
The TLS71xB0 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator family offering output current of 100mA (TLS710B0EJ V50) and 150mA (TLS715B0EJ V50). Wide input voltage of up to 40 V makes this family perfectly suitable to automotive applications with start-stop requirements. Both products are optimized for low quiescent current (typ. <40 μA) and fit to any automotive system requiring very low operating current e.g. permanently connected to the battery.
Key differentiation of this new device family is the new fast regulation concept.
This helps to minimize BOM cost (only a small, 1μF output capacitor is needed) and prevents any reset condition in case of load change.
