Infineon – IFX30081 – Linear voltage regulator in tiny TSON-10 package
50mA linear voltage regulator family with ultra-low quiescent current providing 3.3V fix and adjustable output voltage. This LDO is especially suited for supplying sensors or as keep-alive supply requiring a minimum of power loss due to optimized quiescent current behavior. To be robust against bursts on the input supply line the device may operate at up to 42V Vin.
