High Q/Low ESR is realized in a high-frequency area by using low-loss ceramic material and copper inner electrodes.
Self-heating for RF power can be reduced because the GQM series has higher Q/lower ESR characteristics in high frequencies when compared with general capacitors. Therefore, high-power capacity can be achieved.
