Automotive Smart High-Side-Driver Switch
The BTS50025-1TEA is a 2.5mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-TO-252-5-11 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It contains Infineon® ReverSave™ functionality.

Potential Applications
Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads:
- Replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits
- Most suitable for application with high current loads, such as heating system, fan and pump
- PWM applications with low frequency
The power transistor is built by an N-channel MOSFET with charge pump. It is specially designed to drive high current loads up to 60A, for application like heaters, glow plugs, fan and pump in the harsh automotive environment.
