Intel is launching the first SKUs of the 14^th Gen Intel^® Core™ (code-named Raptor Lake Refresh) processors, the K and KF series. More multitasking power and e-cores than before enable extensive working and gaming capabilities. Stream video, multitask, play music, and encode video – all while gaming. The brand new Intel^® Core™ processors feature Intel’s Performance Hybrid Architecture with performance cores, built to optimize today’s most demanding games. Be everything you want to be, in-game and out, with optimized performance and new features that let you play harder and work smarter.

 

 

Processor models with the K suffix indicate an unlocked multiplier, which offers additional flexibility for overclocking. The freely adjustable multiplier enables users to increase the processor’s clock speed and achieve a higher performance beyond its default specifications. For overclocking, additional cooling solutions and careful monitoring are necessary to ensure stable operation and prevent overheating. Processor models with the KF suffix are essentially the same as their regular K counterparts with regard to unlocked multipliers and overclocking capabilities. The only slight difference:  KF processors do not include an integrated graphics unit, since they are primarily aimed at performance and gaming-focused systems.
