REC001601B is a COB 16 Character x 1 Line OLED display module which diagonal panel size is 2.25 inch. REC001601B is built in with RS0010 IC; its interface is default 6800, available options 8080 and SPI, 1/8 driving duty. All Raystar OLED Character COB modules are built-in with an all-in-one Fonts controller IC RS0010; which offers 4 font sets on one device. These include English/ Japanese, West European, Scandinavian European, and Cyrillic (Russian).

The supply voltage for logic of REC001601B is 5V (typical value), display with 50% check board current is 50mA@ 5VDD (typical value). This OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃.
