With current consumption of typically 20 μA the latest TLS820B2, TLS835B2 & TLS835D2 products are perfectly suited for use as supplies in BCM and HVAC applications and belong to the OPTIREG™ Linear product family. The ultra-low quiescent current helps our customers to meet the requirements given by OEMs.
