SP3312T Series TVS Diode Arrays integrate four channels (two differential pairs) of low capacitance diodes to protect sensitive I/O pins from damage due to lightning-induced surge events and electrostatic dissipation (ESD). When compared to similar market solutions, the SP3312T Series provides circuit designers with up to 71 percent lower capacitance than other solutions, which helps preserve signal integrity and minimize data loss. It also provides up to 150 percent higher power handling capacity than those solutions. Typical applications include smartphones, tablets, other portable electronics, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, LAN/WAN equipment, and security cameras.
