This Yellow Green, Chip on Board Displaymodule has an extended Temperature range of -20°c to +70°C, LED backlighting and a 5V Power supply with a parallel Interface. The TM162XBCWBYA6-1 is a high running module on the market for metering, consumer, medical and any other industrial applications. The TM162XBCWBYA6-1 is driven by a 4,2V Backlight and is controlled by the ST7066U & ST7065C Controller. Its duty rate lays at 1/16 and Shows 16 lines in 2 rows with a high contrast. The transflective mode makes the Display result in an excellent sunlight readable Status. The Connection is through a Flex foil and the viewing direction is related to 6 o ´clock.
