New Ratings for Wet, Low Profile MicroTan®, Polymer Molded, and High Energy Polymer Tantalum Capacitor Families
Vishay’s tantalum capacitor division is pleased to announce new extended ratings for several of our product series, including:
DLA 10004 and DLA 13017 Series Wet Capacitors
Our DLA 10004 and DLA 13017 capacitors are designed for avionics and aerospace applications. The devices provide all the advantages of Vishay’s SuperTan® series capacitors, such as high capacitance and low ESR, while offering improved reverse voltage and vibration capabilities.
134D Series Wet Capacitors
Our 134D devices are HI-TMP® capacitors with a glass to tantalum hermetic seal and high capacitance. These components are used in industrial, petroleum exploration, and high temperature / high stress environment applications.
T34 Series Wet Capacitors
Our T34 capacitors are also HI-TMP with high capacitance and are designed for petroleum applications, but with high performance for shock and vibration.
TL8 Series Low Profile MicroTan® High CV Capacitors
Our TL8 capacitors have low profile packages, EIA standard footprints, and lead (Pb)-free L-shaped terminations for superior board mounting. They are used in applications such as bulk capacitance / energy storage, filtering, and decoupling.
T55 Series Polymer Molded and T52 Series High Energy Polymer Capacitors
Our polymer capacitors are used in a variety of applications, such as decoupling, smoothing, and filtering; bulk energy storage in solid-state drives (SSD); storage and networking; computer motherboards; smartphones and tablets; and infrastructure equipment. The T52 series capacitors are low profile and lead frameless, with the highest volumetric efficiency.
