Kyocera – 6809 Series 0.5mm Pitch FPC/FFC Connector
These low profile products feature a pitch of 0.5mm, bottom contact, front-lock type with a height of 0.93mm for mounting area, and can be applied to FPC/FFC thicknesses of 0.3mm. The pad patterns are compatible with the existing 6299 Series.
Features:
- Pitch of 0.5mm, height of 0.93mm, and width of 3.0mm for mounting areas
- Flat or notched type FPC/FFC cables are available
- Misalignments of the contact position are prevented by combining the connector to a notched FPC/FFC. Workability is also improved as the unmated condition can be visually confirmed.
- Design structure prevents breakage due to improper operation of the actuator or forced insertion of FPC/FFC.
- Fixing parts for notched FPC/FFC are located on the actuator and realize good insertion operability.
