Intel Optane Memory with the innovative 3D-XPoint flash technology is offered in the form factor M.2 2280mm, a PCIe NVMe 3.0 x2 interface and available capacities of 16GB, 32GB and soon to be released 64GB. The documented figures in the table represent Intel’s obtained test results from the JESD218 test procedure, which were performed in accordance to the rules and regulations. The read and write values represent the performance result in a client workload state.
